Óscar Morchón began his artistic career at the age of 6 at the A Coruña Conservatory of Music, where he graduated in Piano and Composition.

After moving to Barcelona, he trained as an actor mainly at the Nancy Tuñón Studio and in Meisner Technique with Javier Galitó-Cava. He also started his training as a singer and graduated in Architecture from the UPC. He balanced his studies with artistic work such as being a pianist and solo singer at the 7Notes piano bar, as well as acting in several theatre productions and short films from ESCAC. He is the co-founder of the company Arsperversus, with which he produced and performed La Forma de las Cosas by Neil LaBute.

Upon arriving in Madrid, he worked on various theatrical projects, short films, web series, and expanded his training at the Centro del Actor, Assumpta Serna's school, and others. He later trained with masters such as Fernando Piernas, Tamzin Towsend, and Susan Batson in New York. He also took tap dance, jazz dance, equestrianism classes, and continued his vocal training with coach José Masegosa.

His first regular role on television came with the daily series O Faro for regional TV networks.

His most recent theatre work has been as an actor, pianist, and singer in the play Lo Tuyo y lo Mío (Pequeño Teatro Gran Vía, Nuevo Alcalá, Príncipe Gran Vía and tour), Todos (Teatro Lara), and Las Mujeres Sabias by Molière.

He has worked in other tv series such as Tiempos de Guerra (Antena 3 and Netflix) directed by David Pinillos, Centro Médico (TVE), A Estiba (TVG) directed by Miguel Conde, La Línea Invisible (Movistar+), a series about the birth of the terrorist group ETA directed by Mariano Barroso, and The Mallorca Files directed by Christiana Ebohon-Green, a British production series aired on the BBC.

More recently, he has filmed for the series Rapa (Movistar+) directed by Jorge Coira, Operación Marea Negra (Amazon Prime) directed by Daniel Calparsoro, and 4 Estrellas (TVE) directed by Jacobo Martos. His latest work has been for the film Jacob and Esau, directed by Bruce Gardner.
